1. Introduction
Welcome to Harrier Remapping Services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase or booking. These terms form a legally binding agreement between Harrier Remapping Services (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you, the customer (“you”, “your”).
2. Services Provided
Harrier Remapping Services specialises in vehicle remapping to improve performance and efficiency. All services are carried out by experienced professionals using high-quality equipment.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment must be received before the remapping process is completed, unless otherwise agreed.
We also accept payment via Payment Assist.
By choosing Payment Assist as a payment option, you agree to Payment Assists terms and conditions, which can be found on their website. Payment Assist services include the option to pay in instalments 0% interest subject to eligibility.
4. Booking & Cancellation
• Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once we receive a deposit or payment in full.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may forfeit the deposit or incur a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling: We allow one reschedule free of charge if notified at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Returns and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of vehicle remapping, we do not offer refunds for completed services unless there is a proven fault in the remapping process attributable to us. If any issues arise, please contact us within 14 days to discuss a resolution.
6. Customer Responsibilities
• Vehicle Condition: It is your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle is in good working order before any remapping is carried out. Harrier Remapping Services will not be liable for faults unrelated to our work.
• Vehicle Usage: Remapping may alter the manufacturer’s original settings and could void your vehicle’s warranty. It is your responsibility to verify warranty implications with your vehicle provider.
7. Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and efficiency of our services, Harrier Remapping Services is NOT liable for:
• Any mechanical or electrical failure after the remapping service that is unrelated to the remapping process.
• Loss of warranty or insurance coverage due to modifications.
8. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected during the booking or payment process is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
